”The Company” means: UniCycle-It Limited whose registered office is at Beaconwood Lodge, Beacon Lane, Rednal, Birmingham B45 9XN which controls operates and administers UniCycle-It.com “UniCycle-It”

“Member”or “you” means any person who has registered as a member with the UniCycle-It web site “the Site”.

“the Services” means online resources including classified advertisements and various e-mail services provided on the Site by UniCycle-It to a Member

“Terms” means our current Terms and Conditions of Use.

We will protect the confidentiality of your information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of UniCycle-It. Your information is password protected for you privacy and protection.

How is Member information used?
When you register as a Member we ask for your name e-mail address and other personal information. Once you have registered as a Member you are not anonymous to us.

We do not share Members information with partners or other organisations. We will use Members information as required to conduct its day to day business, or to provide you with information about our Services or products, information on new or upgraded Services or products, special offers or other services or products which may be of interest to you.

Disclosure of Member information
We will not disclose your account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of UniCycle-It, it's Members, or others, or where we have a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure or is instructed by a court to do so.
We will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that we store or transmit for you. The circumstances under which we will disclose such electronic Member communications are when:

  • it is necessary in order to provide service to you;
  • it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of UniCycle-It and its Members;
  • we are required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that we determine in our sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
  • it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by us and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
We disclaim any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through our Services unless by court order to make such information available. In accordance with our Terms, we will, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm UniCycle-It, its Members or third parties. The grounds on which we may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations by the Member of our Terms.

This Privacy Policy is subject to English Law.

UniCycle-It reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time without due notice.
